The Van Ness Shaw Project features three Double Cantilever Solar CarPorT’s™ for a combined total of 222.3 kW. These carports were installed at an industrial park in Fresno CA. It provides a large power offset for the property owners that the tenants are able to take advantage of. This is an example of a project where the solar asset is used to increase property value. By offering shaded parking, as well potential utility offsets for tenants, the location is not only more attractive for future renters, but also becomes a more valuable piece of real-estate were it sold.
